Meet Executive Chef Kyle Ishikawa.
Chef Kyle Ishikawa joins our luxury retirement community with an impressive culinary background. In 2010, Kyle graduated from Le Cordon Bleu and quickly gained notoriety after excelling in culinary positions at several top country clubs in the area. He describes his cooking style as, “homemade classics with flare.” In 2015, Kyle decided to combine his passions for cooking and seniors and sought out a position that would allow him to attend to the unique nutritional needs of seniors while also providing a world-class dining experience.
Although Kyle was presented with many opportunities to advance his culinary career, he ultimately chose Oakmont Senior Living because he values Oakmont’s commitment to cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients that are both healthy and enjoyable for our residents and guests.
